At La Dama de Elche, we use national and local products, staying true to our commitment to locally sourced ingredients.
In our dishes, we use Doña Ana rice from the Guadalquivir, near the Doñana National Park.
The Marisma variety, known for its large, round grains, is always a hit due to its excellent ability to absorb the broth, quickly soaking up the flavors of the accompanying ingredients and resulting in delicious dishes.
Our Story
La Dama de Elche was born with a clear idea: to bring the authentic flavors of traditional Alicante rice dishes to Torre del Mar.
The project is led by a family that sees cooking as a way to welcome, care for, and delight their guests.
